Tiffaney has been an active athlete since she was a young girl. While learning how to control her asthma, she has learned to embrace the disease which helped her compete on her high school softball team and then Shotokan karate in college.
After graduating from Old Dominion University in 2004, and wanting more than ‘just another job,’ Tiffaney sought happiness through her passion and became a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer in 2007. Since then, she has trained people from various backgrounds, ages and continents.
Currently, Tiffaney is pursuing her Master Trainer Certification and is training hard to become a Certified Black Belt through Kaizen Karate. She enjoys reading, playing sports and being with family during her down time.
